I brought my vehicle into Cascade Collision because I heard they were a good shop. I expected to be treated with respect and honesty. I have worked in the auto industry for a number of years and after sending a number of people to this body shop for work (friends,family, customers) I expected to be told the truth and have great work done on my vehicle. Respect and honesty is the complete opposite of what I got. When I took my car to the shop it took the shop 20 days to fix something that should have taken about a week but I understand things take longer sometimes because of unexpected damage and not being able to get expected parts etc. But while my vehicle was in the shop I had problems with the insurance company sending me the check in a timely manner then finally when the check was sent it was sent for a lesser amount then was owed to the body shop. So I explained the situation to Ray at Cascade Collision and he told me everything is fine and the vehicle was safe at Cascade Collision and could stay there until I got the rest of the money from the insurance company. Keep in mind I paid MOST of the cost the remaining balance owed to Cascade Collision was $500. While I was waiting to get the check from the insurance company my grandmother passed away and I had to leave the country. I called Cascade Collision and let them know what was going on and again was told that the vehicle was safe and that I could take all of the time that I needed. I was expecting to be out of the country for a couple of weeks but had to extend the trip because my uncle and grandfather also passed away while I was out of the country. Again I called Cascade Collision and left them a message letting them know what was going on and again didn't think that there would be a problem because I was told the vehicle was SAFE and I could take all the time I needed. Well while I was out of the country I had my cell turned off because international calls without an international calling plan are expensive. And again I thought that my car was SAFE and was told that I could take all the time that I needed. They didn't send a letter to my house but they did send a letter to the finance company saying that if the vehicle wasn't picked up from the shop that they were going to sell it. Again AFTER I was told that the vehicle was SAFE and it could stay at Cascade Collision for as long as I needed. So the finance company sent a tow company to Cascade Collision to pick up my vehicle. Not only did Cascade Collision call the finance company and them a letter they said the amount left to pay was $5800 when the remaining balance was $500. They actually told the fiance company "" The actual balance is $5800 but tell you what we will do we will do you a favor and knock $2000 off of the price"" Not only did they LIE to me they also LIED to the finance company about the amount owed because I paid MOST of the balance owed before I left. So it didn't cost me the remaining balance of $500 to get my car back it cost me $4600 to get my car back after all tow fees and fees I was charged by the finance company for them to have to pick up the vehicle. I will NEVER recommend this body shop again. They are crooks and liars and do it with a smile. I can't believe that I sent my friends,family and customers to Cascade Collision and believe me it will NEVER happen again. DON""T take your car to this shop they are the WORST and they will LIE to your face and they are heartless crooks. A star rating is required so I am leaving 1 star but in reality my encounter with Cascade Collision isn't worth any stars and I would leave negative 5 stars if I could. Their are PLENTY of good body shops in Everett DON'T take your car to this one.

202 Collision was recommended to me years ago as being the best in the business, but they are not. In 2005 I collided with a deer and based on those recommendations, I took my 1 year old vehicle to them to repair the front end damage, involving one front headlamp and surrounding area. I had comprehensive insurance with a deductible and they made the most of it charging as much as they could to my insurance company. When finished, it looked perfect to me, so I filed away the bill with my deductible payment for my tax accountant. Fast Forward: I went to sell the car 9 years later in 2014 and forgot to disclose the incident as it did not appear on the Carfax report and I did not keep the paperwork in the folder with other repair record. The buyer complained (after the sale) that he tried to change the headlamp but couldn't because of the poor body work job that was done and he wanted to know who did it. I was shocked and didn't know what to say to him. Be very careful because the poor job that these guys did on my car, did not manifest until someone tried to change the headlamp. Just because it looks good does not mean it was done right. They are very, very shady, and I will not ever use them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone.

This guy screwed me good. Long story short, I had a vehicle involved in an accident that was towed to his location. The vehicle was totaled, so I went to collect my personal belongings and pay the towing fee the next day. Even after paying the towing fee, the owner told me that I could not take the $300 stereo that I had installed weeks earlier, nor could I take the hard top that I had paid nearly $2,000 for, beacuse ""he would not be able to recoup his costs"". What costs? We paid the towing charges! Being so distraught over losing a vehicle I had cherished so dearly and just wanting the whole ordeal over with, I unwittingly signed the title over to him. Now I wish I had done differently. Be careful, this guy is a snake!

Our quote $2400 for repairs for VW We felt it was a little high so we went for a 2nd opinion. I hesitated to take it to the local VW garage because I figured they would be significantly higher. I was wrong. They were able to do the same repair for over $1,000 cheaper and the work was performed by a certified VW repairman. I called Pete and Libby’s to ask for clarification in the quote difference. I faxed over our papers from the repairs we had at the VW garage and spoke with Danny at Pete and Libby’s. He said the price difference was because the VW garage only charged us for 4 hours of labor (which is how long it took) and that Pete and Libby’s charge for labor based on what Mitchell’s Auto Repair quotes for hours. Danny said “if you get a good technician that is fast then it can take less time.” I’m all about saving money and time and using a good technician. Long story short…go for a 2nd opinion or better yet save yourself the diagnostic charge and just go somewhere else.
