Maybe not all of the employees at this place are rude, but from my experience (which has not been that good)they are rude to callers. They treat you as if they don't have time to talk to you. It is important to treat people right and listen to what they have to say, if you don't then you may miss some very important information. My mother taught me not to interrupt or to be rude to people, obviously their's did not.

Called Mobile Glass in San Marcos to come out and fix a broken window in my Toyota Camry. While they did fix the window, they left glass ALL throughout the inside of my car (which they said they would vaccuum out), and they broke my door. It would not open after they fixed my window and my power locks also stopped working. While my handles were physically broken off before the incident, the door still opened and closed and functioned. Since my handles were broken before the incident, the manager, Norman, said he would not send anyone out to even take a look at the damages and that he was not responsible for fixing it. My boyfriend ended up prying glass out of the inner handle that they broke, and got my door working again. Had they cleaned up all the glass properly it would not have happened. They sent out three people to fix one window and they couldn't even do it without breaking the door in the process and leaving glass everywhere. Terrible company. If you use them you'd better hope they don't break something else in the process and them claim it is not their responsibility. About to file a complain with BBB now.

This is by far the worst service I've ever used. They left a mess in our driveway and did not call in advance to let us know they were on their way. While replacing the windshield they damaged a piece of trim and left it hoping I would not notice. When they re-installed my rear view mirror they heated it with a torch and then dropped my mirror onto my center console and melted it. My wife witnessed it. the installer yelled oh Sh#t when he dropped the hot mirror onto my console. I went to their office to show them the damage. they ordered a new clip for the trim. I asked if they typically offer compensation or replace the damaged console when they accidently damage a vehicle. The representative said it depends, sometimes they do not do anything, sometimes they offer $100 and sometimes they repair it but he would have to check with the owner. I did not realize the man telling me he had to check with the owner was in fact the owner Norman Newsome himself. He lied to my face. When the clip for the trim piece arrived it was the wrong piece. They had to order another replacement. When they replaced it the installer dropped his plastic clip tool inside my wheel well and it now rattles occasionally. Meanwhile I continued to call twice a day to speak to the owner about my melted center console, each time I was told he was not around but he would call me as soon as he returned. After a few days of attempting to reach the owner I decided to visit the shop and see if I could find the owner. When I arrived I was told the owner was not there. I told them its okay I will wait. So I waited about an hour until closing time. At closing time Norman Newsome the owner came out of the back office, he was there the entire time, I saw him when I first arrived. When he introduced himself as the owner …I was a little shocked, it was the same man that told me the previous week that he would have to check with the owner regarding the damaged console. I guess he had to consult with himself on what he should do. When I asked why he was trying to avoid me he became arrogant and defensive. He said “I was going to offer you $50 but now I am pulling that offer you can sue me… that is the way I do business”. I thought that was a great idea and will consider his advice.

I took my 2011 Ford Fusion to this highly credited body shop, WHAT A MISTAKE ! I took my vehicle to have dents removed from the passenger front door and was without my vehicle for two months and 4 attempts with legal threat before they got it right! The people that run this this place, lie, ""sweet"" talk, DO NOT keep promises and do ""Lousy"" work unless they are at risk of being sued!!! If you have a vehicle that is already ""Beat"" up, you may be impressed, otherwise look elsewhere or you may have to sue to get what you had before damage occured!!!!!! The HONEST TRUTH!!!!

I have been here several times for different car repairs (always returning because, hey I am a loyal customer). However, I always have problems with the work done. They either order the wrong part, take 2 months to fix my car, or simply let it sit there for a week and don't even look at it. This place is a joke. If you have a fender bender and need it to be repaired quickly and your car returned to you WHEN PROMISED: do not choose this place!!!

Odens Auto Glass Inc was founded in 1981 by VA and Carolyn Oden. They moved to a small shop in West Cullman as the business started growing and later moved to the current location on Hwy 31 N in North Cullman in 1999. In the late 2000s, their son Jim Oden took over the business and successfully ran it until 2016. I've been bringing my car to Thompsons for awhile now. they've replaced tires, done oil changes, and helped diagnose some minor things that I'll need done in the future as I drive an older vehicle. One of the many great things I can say about this place is that they're consistent. Consistently great, consistently helpful, consistently fast, reliable, and affordable. I feel 100% comfortable about referring all of my friends here as I know they will also receive the same great service. I know a lot of places claim to be a "family" place, but this place TRULY is and that's exactly how you feel when you come here. It's not stuffy nor is it too relaxed where you don't feel confident in their work. It's a perfect blend of hospitably and professionalism. I've had problems in the past at finding one shop where I could take my car to have everything done - Thompsons can really handle anything, big or small and they even do paint and body work. Thankfully, I haven't needed that, but I've seen all of their before and after paint photos and WOW!! Just superior work every single time with every single thing they do. I don't normally write reviews, but I just couldnt help myself with this place. They run a great business and I will continue to spread the word and praise for them. Mike who runs the shop and Jason the lead mechanic have a great thing going - honest, reliable, and just great folks in general. Go see them - I promise you'll be more than pleased!!

Outstanding Customer Service. I was a total stranger and they treated me like royalty. You know how they say its hard to find an honest mechanic?...Well I found one!! Seriously great service and great prices. They took the time to explain absolutely everything that was wrong with my truck so I would be aware but then told me about what I could get away with not doing right away if I so chose to do so. Im still in awe..they even washed and cleaned the inside of it, just for kindness and good business. I imagine theyre hoping I will spread the good word...Thats exactly what I plan to do.

A severe ice storm caused a large section of a mature tree to fall forty feet damaging two of our cars parked in the driveway. Dan’s Auto Body was recommended to us by a local dealer some twenty years ago to repair a minor dent in a recently purchased mini-van. Since that time, we have called upon the team at Dan’s on a few occasions (not many fortunately). We have also relied on them for other repairs and maintenance such as door track servicing and weather strip replacement. This occasion was different as the damage included the hood, roof and the entire right side of both vehicles. The team at Dan’s scheduled the repairs promptly and coordinated everything with Erie Insurance (who were also great by the way). The team kept us informed of their progress every step of the way and delivered both vehicles on the dates promised. The quality of the work was nothing short of outstanding. We are very satisfied customers. Dan’s is located a bit off the beaten path but for a top quality job, great communication and no hassles, you need to seek them out.

Great body shop. My truck has been in twice. first time was out of my own pocket, second was an insurance claim. My truck was in and out with no problems and the quality of work was wonderful. I was so pleased with their work that I recomended Dan's to my girlfriend when she hit a deer. When her insurance comany wrote an estimate for the car, they missed alot of things. The actual bill turned out to be alot more money then what was originaly quoted. My girlfriend didn't have to do any thing, Dan's worked with the insurance company to make things right. When she got the car back it looked great just like a brand new car.
