I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in July 2014. Issue #1. Before they would even help me, the finance manager told the salesman to tell me that he couldn't do anything for me until I showed him some money. I had explained that I had an accident and the insurance company was paying the other vehicle off and providing me with my settlement amount. I had a checkbook and wrote a down payment of $10,200.00 after that level of disrespect. Issue #2. After 2 days of trying to find the right vehicle that the bank would finance, the salesman finally showed me a vehicle stored in the bay that I liked, but questioned. One of the problems was the salesman thought it was okay to tell me that he told this African American couple that the vehicle cost more than what it did, so they had the impression that they couldn't afford it. I'm African American. That may as well could have been me he lied to. Issue #3. All of their vehicles have warranty sheets on the windows, until you sign the paperwork (bait and switch). The warranties they try to somewhat honor is played out in a good ole' boy shell game between the finance manager,the salesman, and the repair shop. The salesman puts it off on the repair shop. The repair shop puts off on dealership. The finance manager will see you and avoid you. He's the one pulling the purse strings. I have been trying to get to dvd players replaced for over a month now. The salesman has told me everything from "I've been busy with school. The mechanic went on vacation. He (the mechanic) is trying to get some dvd players from some of his home boys. And he wasn't going to spend $1000.00 on dvd players, when he can get them for $500.00. Now, that changed from not wanting to spend $500.00 when can get them cheaper from some "homeboys." Someone needs to explain to him that I'm not a homeboy. $10,200.00 down payment isn't homeboy money. Issue #4. I requested Disabled Veteran tags, so I don't have have to pay those license fees. I'm already in the DMV's with already having DV tags. The same woman who is tasked with doing vehicle registration cost me time and NON-REFUNDABLE time and money ordered regular tags anyway, saying she didn't know how to order them. Went to the DMV to switch the tags to DV plates. The lady told me that even the DMV will give me a credit (refund),she could not process the transaction without me paying the parish handling fee with cash, check, or credit card all due to stupidity!!! Disastrous customer service experience!!!

I recommend going to another dealership. No accountability here. Service Manager admitted selling stuff all the time with things wrong with it that they don't have to disclose if it's not a safety issue. After having my vehichle in several times for the same issue its still not fixed, despite getting GM involved (whose calls and emails weren't returned by the dealership for almost two weeks).

My husband and I visited Kolosso today because we have been looking for a car for a couple months. We have decided we wanted a used Prius and there were some here that we wanted to look at. From the beginning the salesman we dealt with was not interested in the fact that we wanted a used car and not a new one. He just kept telling us about leasing a new car when we told him more than once we wanted to buy a used car. He was very standoffish the whole time and did not seem interested in selling us a used car at all. This obviously made me very irritated, if they don't want to sell people used cars then don't have them on the lot! I will not be going back there and would not recommend them to anyone.

RE: Arliss (service manager). I was skeptical at first because I don't associate with dealerships for obvious reasons, but he and this place did me right. I live in York and drove to Hanover Nissan as opposed to Apple Nissan which was much closer and have absolutely no regrets. The only dealership in the world that I trust! They are very courteous, hard working, but focused and relaxed. I would trust/recommend Hanover Nissan again. Great attitudes, helpful, and best of all, not trying to nickel and dime me to death! I found the perfect car here! Unfortunately the lady I had originally spoken with on the phone was ill when I went to test drive,which in my book was only a formality because this car had EVERYTHING I was looking for and in my price range. My husband had already drove it and signed his part of the paperwork.When I arrived they sent a salesman to meet me. I told him I wanted to drive the Camaro (pointing to it) He LAUGHED IN MY FACE & SAID "OH DO YOU NOW?"(STLL LAUGHING) Then he started to explain to me that the car was too powerful for "someone like me" and tried to lead me to the 4 door compact cars and SUV's. I told him to go get the keys & I was only interested in the Camaro. I got my revenge during the test drive. The whole reason I wanted that particular car was because it was a flip flop of my husbands Camaro... His was orange with black stripes...this was black with orange stripes. I took him for a ride,scared him half to death (as my kids laughed hysterically from the back seat) He called me an idiot and told me I needed my license revoked. I told him I did it on purpose for his insulting behavior. He took the keys said good day and walked inside very upset. I left of course, not buying the car. When I called his manager to complain he stuck by him. The only reason I gave 1 star is cuz I got a good laugh in the end.

I purchased my 2016 Camry from Jimmy Vasser in the fall of that year. It was actually a pleasant experience. I have had all of my service follow ups done there as well, with the last being done on December 6, 2019 with Robert Avina, who was very professional and courteous and explained the results of the multi-point inspection. I have never been disappointed and have always been treated well.
