I recently purchase a car from CarMax on Sahara on 2/24. Monday 2/26, the check engine light came on. I took the car in to get serviced 2/27, I was told it would be be fixed by the weekend. I was called Friday 3/2 and was told the car parts took longer than expected to come in, so it wouldn't be ready until that Monday. 3/5 I was called and was told that another issue appeared to be wrong with the car, and because I was under the 5 day return policy, seeing that the policy was put on "hold" while the car was being serviced, I had the option of returning the car. I returned the car Tuesday 3/6. The return agreement stated I would have my down payment returned and that the car loan would be returned to the loan company and that the loan would not appear on my credit report. 3/9, I went to a different dealership and I was not able to get a new car because there was an open auto loan account from the auto loan company through CarMax, though CarMax stated it would not be... I called CarMax and the loan company American Credit Acceptance (ACA) and was constantly going around in circles with them, calling back and forth, being put on hold for hours, and the loan still appears on my credit. I tried to get a payoff letter saying that the loan was returned and I owe a $0 balance, but I was not able to receive one for some unknown reason. I returned the car 3/6, it is now 3/15 and I have been without a car since I returned the car to CarMax. I have Sickle Cell Disease and Junior Rheumatoid Arthritis, I have doctor appointments to go to, I have to go to the pharmacy to pick up medications, etc... I have been using Lyft/Uber for transportation seeing that I am not able to walk long distances to ride the bus. I am a long-term substitute, I work with pre-k autistic children and I'm a college student. I desperately need a car to get to and from work and to run my errands. CarMax has been no help whatsoever! And they created a giant mess for me! I am highly displeased and irritated.

Any dealership that puts itself in a low income part of Dallas to take people's down payments and repo their cars then resell them You have to know they are A Fraudulent car lot ,never ever get a car from this place Brenda Broadax and William Warner are complete frauds i paid my car for 12 months on time double the payments with a $3,600 down payment my car broke down had to put it in the shop as soon as I got it fixed they took it and i asked why they couldn't give me a valid reason why,all my receipts matched my insurance was valid valid numbers never changed they towed it the next day all my stuff was cleaned out and put in trash bags also my plates had been took and replaced with dealer tags the car i had almost paid for was now waiting to be resold again I asked Brenda could I get my car back I wanted to talk to the owner she told me he would give me my car back for the remainder of my balance i told her i needed to go to the bank she told me i couldn't have my car back.

Terrible experience. Do not work with Til Madrigale or Tim DeJesus, unless you want to endure sales games and tricks. This place employs liars and cheats who will stop at nothing to steal money from you. Discussed our budget limit of $24,500 total for a 2016 Rogue with family package over the phone several days ago. They called me back a day later to say they could get the deal done within our budget. One day later, while about to head over to the dealership, I call to confirm and they back out, claiming tax and title weren't included in the verbal offer. When deal falls apart they immediately call me back and re-agree to the original terms. $24,500 all in, they even emailed me a contract with it in writing. We drive 30 minutes to the dealership and, after an hour of waiting for financing and a (low-ball) trade-in offer, they then try to cheat us out of an extra $400+ by claiming they calculated the wrong sales tax in their offer and that the real price is now $24,900+. Don't trust.

This place is the worst at underhanded back stabbing to sell a car. I was set this morning to go there and sign and drive as the sales person said. I get down there they backed out on the deal agreed apon. and I wasted my time now for todays. I would rather skip with a shopping cart than but a car from these lieing two faced people. I was in shock that they pulled this after being in the vally this long. They have no honor, no heart and no respect for thier customers. The back stabbers name was Buck Gasparian. Don't trust these people. After i got screwed out of my car they act it was all funny.
