I am unable to give this company no stars or I would have. They deserve no business from anyone!!! I took my car here b/c I was having issues with the RPM's going up and down causing driving issues that I felt could be transmission related. I took here b/c they offered a free diagnostic. When I went back I was told my transmission could go out any second and how very unsafe to drive my car was. He told me cost to repair would be $1800 on the low and $2500 on the high end but was unable to tell me exactly how much until they began repair to see just how bad the transmission was. He told me the code was TPS and this means transmission was going out. He was pressuring me to sign a contract but I told him I wanted a 2nd opinion. I go to a family owned transmission shop...he gave me same code description TPS code and I paid for a $33 part from auto zone and replaced the TPS sensor and car is like brand new. This place is a scam!!!!! I feel bad for anyone else that has fell victim to their tactics. They prey on innocent people that are not mechanically inclined to know when you are being lied to. Stay away from AAMCO. I have wrote on this before with more detailed info but it was deleted. Hmmm wonder why?

Well, we were long time customers of Kurt's Works- but then, around 5 years ago, they started making ""mistakes"": a timing belt installed without the belt tensioner. stripping an oil pan plug & ""fixing"" it with a rubber plug. ""forgetting"" to inspect the front brakes, leading to brake failure (and expensive repairs) whilst on vacation. selling me a truck in ""perfect"" condition & then fixing all the (expensive) problems. ""replacing"" the catalytic converters on my buddy's truck- only for him to find out they were never replace. So, don't go to this shop.

women be careful,this guy robert fisher came to my home to tell me he had towed my car from goverment housing,we have a property manger,but this guys asks as tho he s helping women and keeps there car and when you go check on your car he tries pulling you by the arm to go in the back with him so he can sexually assault you and still keep your car,while his wife works in the front office.someone should close this business!hard telling how many families his messed up cause he can!i walked for three years,could nt take my son to school.he is not a man,maybe a coward to feed off of weak women with kids!

HIGHLY don't recommend it!! the tow truck driver tried to scam me and then when I refused to pay his price after what he quoted me and wouldn't accept my Triple A Then he tried to call the police on me and report my vehicle for being on private property so he can have it towed and then require me to pay for storage when my uncle actually owns the land that my vehicle was on the cop laughed when he got there and said that they'd gotten many reports about the towing company scamming people.

where to start. overpriced, trying to sell what is not needed to the car. the stuff I didn't buy from him he got upset trying to scare me into doing it. what part of no did Charlie not understand. then finding out what was I was charged for was not done, then they argued that they did, but when i said go pull some fluid in that glass tube you used to sell me the service, and show me how clean it is now, they wouldn't. crooks, and thieves will never go back. was hoping the economy would close that auto repair slum lord down. very dissapointed for someone who says they are a christian, more like the devil.

I was at a dealership on a Saturday and was told that my car needed to be taken to a transmission shop...I called and Kyle answered the phone. Even though it was after hours and they were closed. He took the time to help me out and rather than go through my warranty company to have the car towed, he called and sent his tow truck, while I was still on the phone with him. He then said that he would take care of it and to relax. He called my warranty company as soon as he hung up with me to get the ball rolling. On Wednesday of this week, the warranty company was dragging their feet and Kyle helped to get the fire lit up under their feet. Turns out, he not only managed to get it rolling but was also able to get them to pay for a new transmission.

First off, I was completely sold on the "FREE INSPECTION". From the moment I walked in I did not know about it until it was brought to my attention. I was just going to get another opinion on a matter I had already came to a conclusion and wanted a professional opinion before I made my next move. So pleased with how the start of this was I had already told my friends about how great this was going to turn out. "Oh. A free INSPECTION? Since that's free that will save me at least $100 from the other places." Yeah not so much. I dropped my vehicle off on a Monday and had not heard one word from the same enthusiastic mechanic who took my keys with a smile and a voice of confidence reassuring me that my car would be back on the road in no time. Here comes Saturday, I get a call from the mechanic stating that I would have to buy something to complete the "FREE INSPECTION", that's not the problem. I was already prepared to spend over $600 for the repair because of what I had already assumed what the issue was. The problem is that the mechanic knew about this on Tuesday. If he had called me I would have gave him the go ahead and would not have been out of my car for days. DAYS of an INSPECTION. NOT A REPAIR AN INSPECTION. NO he wasn't waiting for parts nor was he even starting on what I even thought the issue was. I was told "We ran the test 2 time and that's 20 mins that I have my mechanics looking at your car for free I am out almost $200." This is how you treat customers that may be spending an entire pay check to fix any issue because their car is their way to get back and forth to work. 5 days waiting on an estimate that take 20 mins huh? well I will be a monkeys uncle. SO with this 'FREE INSPECTION" I was out over $100 and 5 plus days with out my car. Yeah that not that much money for people who charge you $230 on putting in a radiator and that's just LABOR not how they hit you over the head with the actual cost of the radiator. But this is what you expect with mechanics. This is why you have DIY projects. What I lost that week was 12 hours of work for 20 min inspect that could have been resolved in a matter of 20 mins. Ultra Care of Stockton hours of business is suppose to open at 8:00 a.m. I called on 12/20/2016 at about 8:40 a.m. and no one picked up the phone. I wanted to get an estimate to change a serpentine belt for my Chevy but that did not work out because Ultra was nowhere to be found, a.w.a.l, very disappointed. I tried to call back at 8:48 and I heard the same dial tone, nothing. I guess I won't waist any more of my time. For a young business, you figure that they would be eager for customers. We had car trouble just outside Clanton. We were picking up a friend that lives there, had come from Tuscaloosa (90miles away) & we're headed to the beach for a few days of much-needed Downtime. Despite us being from out of town, clearly "on the road" & on a very Tight budget, this whole family pitched in to give us the very best & complete care they possibly could. They tried getting help from the dealership (my car was JUST out-of-warranty), they accepted the cash I had on me, which was less than a 1/4 of the total amt owed & even provided us a vehicle to get some lunch while we waited! We spent +/-5 hours with these folks & they did everything possible to get us Back on the road in time to see the beach in the early evening hours & still sign in to our non-refundable rooms!! Thanks to this family/business, we were able to thoroughly enjoy the Rest of our vacation!!

This place is great! My car was struggling to get over 45 mph. I took it to Morris Auto and he cleaned out the engine and gave it a tune up. It runs great now! I had them fix my driver's side window. The motor wasn't working. I had the door replaced when someone hit it. But, I had used another auto shop to put in the new door. (I didn't know about Morris Auto then.) I had a warranty that said if the door messed up in any way, they would fix it for free as long as I owned the car. They didn't fix it the 1st time and refused to fix it again, warranty or not. But, Morris Auto fixed it the 1st time and it still works. This is the only place I'll go. Even for an oil change. I recommend them.

My family was coming back from Gulf Shores and our transmission went out. We were towed to Ford Dealer in Mongomery. They quoted us $3300.00 to replace transmission. I contacted Allen Robbins through a tip from a local towing service. Allen told me he thought it didnt require replacement, said it was a common problem for Mercury Sables and he thought it would be around $650.00 to repair. Said at worst would be around 1300.00 . Much better than what dealer said. Towed car to his shop. They had it ready at 1130am next morning. Bill was for $780.95 which was 600 for torque converter , 129.95 for labor and 51.00 tax. Great service from an Honest Repair shop. Allen told us that whenever he sees a stranded motorist that he puts them at the front of the line considering they are losing alot of money if they cant get to where they are going. If we had followed Ford Dealers advice we would been out an additional 2500.00 dollars. I will always recommend this business. Keep up the great work. Jim Merrell Huntsville, Alabama

I was serviced and given a quote. They made me feel welcomed and I will be returning to them to finish the job. I recommend them to anyone who want honest loyal people to work on your car. Classic Automotive is by far the nicest and cleanest shops around. Their labor rate is better than any shop in the area and probably the best in town. He will meet or beat quotes from other shops.You get to deal with the owner of the business and I feel that is important. He is straight forward and friendly as are his employees. He will quote you a price before anything is done and will stay in contact with you if there are any unforeseen complications. He makes sure you are fully informed and wants you to be completely satisfied before you leave the shop. They have ASE certified techs working there and the owner is one of the most knowledgeable people I have ever met when it comes to vehicle repair. I would not take my vehicle any where else. I have them work on my Dodge truck, my daughter's Taurus and my GMC Jimmy. My parents and sisters also take there Honda's there. I tell everyone I know about this place. One problem I have found in the past is that some shops take advantage of your lack of knowledge and that costs you money. Finding a good quality shop that will be friendly, honest, and take the time to explain things to you is hard to find these days. This shop is all that. I feel that when I have my vehicles in this shop I know that I can trust them to fix my car right the first time at the best price. That is very important to me. If you are looking for a great place to fix your car or truck,,,,you just found it! When you go in ask for John, the owner, he will take good care of you.

This is an exceptional shop! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They also have a very nice, clean and organized shop which says alot to me about how they do things. At first I thought they only worked on old cars but they don't. The work on all the new cars also. They are very tech savy. You will get to deal directly with the owner which is alot better to me than some service writer that does not know anything about cars like alot of shops out there. Also pleased with the fact they work on both foreign and domestic. They did an outstanding job on my Ford truck and my wifes Toyota. I don't have to go to 2 different places. They even picked up and delivered her car once it was done. The best thing is when I was shopping around for prices... they beat everyone in the area!! He will meet or beat any written estimate you take in there. I would be more than willing to pay them more if they charged more, simply because they are an honest shop and the repairs I had done there were perfect. Very hard to find these days... These guys really know what they are doing and In my opinion it is the best honest shop around.

My Ol' 95 Class C Minnie Winnie RV would not run without a "Fuel Pump"! Luckily our Good Sam Roadside Assistance searched all over our area for a repair shop that could replace it, and they towed my RV there! JJ quickly verified my guess that it was the fuel pump. That was the ez part, but it turned out it was very difficult to find the part. They chased all over to several dead ends, but they located the correct part and worked overtime to repair it. I would like to express my sincere appreciation for their heroic efforts and I will personally express my thanks & will return when needed.
