Today my coworkers & ordered pizza around 11am around 12:30 we called to find out where our pizza was and was informed they only had one driver on duty and it was taking 2 hours for delivery. They should of told us this at the time we called which they didn't. So she the manager said instead of $26 she would do like $17 we had to fuss just to get that and not even I'm sorry for inconvience. She said 25 min more. OK we hungry we wait unhappily. After 30 more min we called again where is our pizza? Manager says I said 45 min, they just left to come your way. really???? We gave up and had to eat elsewhere right before time to get off work. I work a customer service job and geez if I was like that with my customers... Not a good thing and we still got no apology and pizza finally arrived ivght before our shift ended.

I've been dining here for 9 years and this place has Chicago's Most Sensational Grilled Salmon Salad with mouth-watering mango salad dressing and carmalized pecans. Fabulous Calamari Fritti with zesty Roma salsa. Spectacular Spinach Bread! As far as entrees, my favorite is the Fresh Grilled Salmon with a spicy cherry tomato & caper sauce served with spinach & mashed potatoes (home-made). The pastas my friends & I like best are the tangy chicken fettucine, spinach ravioli, spicy shrimp linguini and chicken picatta. My favorite sandwiches are the Chunky Tuna and Asiago Chicken. The Zig Zag Burger is a scrumptious indulgence complimented with real hand-made french fries. The divinely decadent chocolate flourless cake delights with a rich, creamy coco flavor. Best BYOB place 'cause they don't charge a corkage fee! Most fantastic food in Chicagoland because it's made fresh to order. I highly recommended Zig Zag to anyone who wants distinctively fresh, delicious and nutritious food delivered on-time!

I used to go here to scarf some late night chow because I live so close. It was never that great but it was super convenient. A few weeks ago I got a nasty case of something from something I ate there. I know it was a little funky, but ate it anyway (yeah, I know, stupid me). Maybe this was a one time glitch but I couldn't think of going here again after that. You're milage may vary.
