They charged us $195.0 for a part that coast them $32.00 we don't care that they make a profit on the part but not $168.0 the tex said when he put the part on that there was no charge for labor because they were here 2 days prior to this problem I called and asked the owners so much for the part he said there is a mark up on parts I said I no but not that much he lies when you talk with him he told me to find a nother company I said I was because your teck lied To us he said the part coast them $199 if I had to do over again I would of paid them with a credit card because I would of disputed it Also the Tex was campaigningon the job for County commission for himself I will never use Krueger Air Cond again

I am a realtor. My (2) clients had to have their complete systems replaced to get county inspector's approval. They turned around both jobs within day sof notificaiton, did an excellent job in both cases - including replacement of the aged air handlers - performed without a wrinkle for the time they left the job. They even made arrangements to meet with the county inspectors after the units was replaced. I'd recommend them explicitely, and am buying an investor home and will call on them for the A/C Heat Pump replacement.

Had issue with furnace for two seasons. various companies didn't resolve it. I went in to National, explained issue, appt made for Ernie, the service manager to come out. Thank God for National. Ernie, told me the problem, told me the furnace was still under warranty for parts. Once Ernie returned with parts, it was fixed in five minutes! I was so grateful since it was too cold to stay at my home. Five star customer service in the office and field. I fully recommend National.

Received same day service, very professional and courteous. Nice to deal with an honest business. My air conditioning stopped working over the weekend and I called another company out. I was charged a lot of money (I really don't know what they did, I'm not a repair guy) and the a/c stopped working the next day. I couldn't even get in touch with the first company (didn't even return my call) and called National Heating and Cooling. They did a tremendous job fixing the unit at a reasonable rate but also took the time to talk to me, explaining what needed to be done. Now I have a magnet on the furnace and know who to call next time! Highly recommended!

Last winter we called Mike to have our heater repaired on a Wednesday prior to a winter storm that was coming in. They couldn't send anyone until Friday and it wasn't Mike who had come before. The man was probably here 15 mins total and replaced a part stating it was the same problem as his last call. We paid the bill and he left. However, it was not fixed and when I called back, I was told that they would not send anyone back out and we ended up using a kerosene heater for the weekend. I told them that I didn't want anyone to come back out but Mike because he had always done a "good" job, as I now had no trust in the other employee. When he arrived he immediately began threatening me stating that I had better not say anything bad about his employee in his presence. He was very intimidating and I asked him to leave. He refused stating that he could not leave the heater apart because he was liable. I found his entire behavior unacceptable and I truly doubt he would have acted that way if my husband would have been there. I would never recommend them to anyone and will give his business a total THUMBS DOWN!!!!

Not only that, but this guy had worked for the company for well over 10 years. He charged me half what the prior company charged and actually gave my system a check up.
