I have nothing good to say about this company. If you can avoid utilizing their services, I highly recommend doing so. They not only tried to make a large delivery without contacting the homeowner or anyone being present at the home, they then failed to make the delivery on two occasions when the homeowner had taken off of work to be there. The better part of a week was spent attempting to receive the delivery. Then to make matters worse, only after the homeowner contacted them to ask about the status of the delivery did they inform the owner that the large, expensive item was damaged. They then asked if the homeowner still wanted it! This company behaved extremely unprofessionally and showed no customer service skills. Do not waste your time with them!

Hate to write a NEGATIVE review but...took three mower decks to TJC for reinforcement of spindle brackets last October. Three weeks later they hadn't been touched. They apologized stating they would be done within a week. Two weeks later I returned -- again they hadn't been touched. I was again told they would "get right on it". I returned to TJC today to pick up the mowers -- and they still weren't done! It wasn't that they had five months to do a 4 hour job it was that they lied to me...repeatedly. I judge the quality of a business by the integrity of its employees and owners -- and in this case they have NO INTEGRITY. Their word means NOTHING. Fortunately there are other welders nearby that do have integrity and who are honest with their customers. You have been warned -- I strongly recommend that you DO NOT extend TJC any of your business.

I called to rent a large snake. They said they had one but would be closing soon. Since I'm right around the corner I jumped in my van & went right over. Their (large) snake was the average hand crank that most homeowners have for small jobs. Theie records showed that their related facility in Garden Grove did indeed have a large snake, but they were also closing soon. They finally agreed to call the other facility to confirm the large snake's existence. Confirmed & off I went as they agreed to stay open until I got there. I got there at 5 minutes after closing and they were gone. I don't know about anyone else but usually when you need a snake you're already in quite a fix. Well needless to say we couldn't flush for the night. Early the next morning I tried to find what I needed somewhere else without luck, so off to GG I went. I got what I needed and they said I could return it to the facility near me. I should have asked if that would create a surcharge. When I returned it late that afternoon they charged a cleaning fee AND they wanted to charge a full day's rent convenience fee in addition to the rent.

DATE OF REVIEW POST - 12/27/09 I went in to rent a car trailer. I told the counter help I had been told by other rental agencies that my SUV couldn't be used due to its smaller size and the rental industry's insurance regulations. They had the same response. OK, no problem, so I opted to rent their truck AND the car trailer for three hours. Without asking if I wanted to save money and use my own trailer hitch and ball which was on my SUV that they confirmed I couldn't use, the desk help told the yard personnel to ""just pick one of the hitch balls from the office"". My hitch could have been easily pulled out from its receiver, and I could have saved the additional expense of also renting a trailer hitch and ball. All of this was AFTER THEY REFUSED TO RENT ME THE TRUCK AND TRAILER UNLESS I GOT THEIR NAME PUT ON MY INSURANCE POLICY, WHICH I POLITELY WENT TO MY INSURANCE AGENT'S OFFICE AND REQUESTED. My proof of insurance card was not enough? I had it all with me, and they could have phoned my insurance agent if they wanted any additional proof... they never even wanted to look at my proof of insurance from the start. I couldn't believe some of the charges at the end, including an ""environmental waste fee"" of $6 that was for ""when they do oil changes on the truck"" that I rented. Taxi cabs don' t charge environmental waste fees for their customer these days, do they? I am holding myself fully responsible for signing my name on the contract that had these line item charges spelled out, with the caveat that this had been my third rental agency visit for the morning, and I just wanted to get on with my task for the day. My overall feeling is that the new F&B equipment rentals (which used to be AAA Equipment Rentals) focus is on short-term profitability and NOT long-term customer relationships in an old, well-established city like Orange, that probably has a lot of long-term residents like myself that will be just as turned off by the lack of long-term customer relationship that I experienced. AAA Equipment Rentals on Tustin Ave. is now F&B Equipment Rentals, and I WILL NOT be going back.

You may rent one, or more, for as long as you wish on a monthly basis. We will relocate empty units to another part of the yard or to a new site (e.g. construction job sites) if required. Abco Rental & Storage, Inc can load the your mobile storage unit with the doors facing toward or away from the cab. Our truck will back up to the location and the mobile storage unit will slide off the back as the truck pulls forward.
