They do have a large facility with all the machines and weight equipment you could ask for, but the management and personal trainers/instructors aren't the best. The management is fine as long as there are no issues. When issues arise you are for the most part expected to do the leg work involved in resolving the issue. They don't call you, you have to call them for updates on an issue. In other words, they are reactive to issues, not proactive. There are some really good personal trainers there and there are some really bad ones. The bad ones are pretty easy to spot. They walk around like they'd rather be someplace else and take very little interest in what's going on. Instructors for some of the classes are lacking in experience and skill. Zumba is an example. There are a couple of very good Zumba instructors, but the others are poor at best. I've always felt that a good aerobics type instructor should have significant dance experience... especially if they instruct Zumba or any of the other more 'dancey' type exercise programs. This isn't the case at All Sport with some of their instructors. Some of them have no idea about the technical aspects of steps and how it's done (hence the need for a strong dance background). Zumba classes can be unproductive and frustrating because the instructor will have you moving in a way that isn't natural. Very horrible transitions in some cases. Another thing that drives me nuts at All Sport is the behavior of some of the people that show up for basketball. The language and actions of some of these people on the court and in the locker room is unfitting for the environment. Unfortunately, management doesn't keep a handle on this to the extent they should.",,,,

There a concerns about it though, the towels are not always spot free, although clean, it's annoying to spread one open to find yellow and brown stains. 1 of 4 towels has it. It's been that way for a long time, even though we wrote notes about that. Lack of variety of classes, there is a big gap from 12 to 4 -4:30pm, there should be classes during that time, at least once a week, one class minimum. I hate to wait till 4:30. Lack of dancing classes and basics, they have one or two salsa, but not basic, so I can't have it, the other is flirty dance, which is not very interesting for many, sometimes there are only handful of people attending, not as a regular salsa basic, or belly dancing steps, zumba and Nia in the evening as the other locations. Those classes are always in demand, and I've never seen any with less that 10 people. Yoga basics and yoga I are not that many either, it's mostly I/II levels, so not that relaxing, and basics are always needed from time to time, to stretch and relax in the evening. Spa is not that fresh, water is changed 2 -3 times a week, and imagine how many people go in and how much chemicals go in there without showering. Some women with short hair have strange attitude too, so I'm not comfortable going in. I love the atmosphere of the classes and teachers are great though. The place has a good vibe, machines are good and clean not too crowded, but still not enough with all the above disadvantages, I hope more people draw their attention to the above issues. paying that much money for only machines, and avoiding the spa, and lack of dancing classes is definitely to be considered. I'm shopping around if the situation stays that way."
