Even the hotel choice, while nice, had my parents staying at the ground floor. Everything you can tell is the cheapest deal they could get. It was very upsetting to me to hear the recount of this trip that my folks were really looking forward to. This company needs to do a better job at customer satisfaction and give the client what they want, what they paid for, and what they think they are getting."
