MCG is a referral agency fielding some 21 counselors - many not available yet still listed on the site. The agency is "insurance driven" meaning $ focused. It claims not, for example, to accept Tri-West or Choice insurance for veterans. Too, the receptionist sits behind a bullet-proof window w/a hole to talk thru which should be a signal itself. Also, the level of honesty among the staff up to its senior administrator is dubious. In sum, this is not a safe counseling source. While some of the therapists are undoubtely fine (if one could only secure an appointment w/them), others definitely aren't. Quite the contrary.

Went to see the jerk when my wife had an affair. She turned our sessions into a beat me down time and did nothing to help my wife and I get back on track. She tried to talk over your head all the time. My wife and I stopped going to her. After a few months for some reason my wife went back to this nut. (she did not want to start all over again). I know the shrink should work to build up her client but she did everything she could to have my wife leave me. My wife now thinks she was nuts to stay with me. I would not send my pet rat to this women.She is worthless and unethical and just plan nasty,
