Our main sewer line was draining slow and before it backed up into the basement we decided to make an online appointment with Roto Rooter. Knowing that the outside conditions were not the best, about a foot of snow and in the high teens, I cleared a path to our outside trap/clean out pipes and layed out an extention cord so that when they arrived they could get right to work. The technicians arrived early in the time frame for the appoinment and quickly cleared the line. Both technicians were courteous and very professional. While settling up with the bill I offered them a cup of coffee for their work and to warm up but they graciously declined. I am very pleased with the service I received and would not hesitate to call on them again.

We needed a plumber to clean out our washing machine drain.
