I had used Cynthia's Manhattan Limousine for car service to the airport and they were always on time with extremely courteous drivers so I decided give them a try for a very special 50th birthday celebration. When I initially called I was extremely impressed with the knowledge that the reservation staff had in regaurds to what kind/size limo I needed. We called White Rose limo after another service told us about him. They said he had a great reputation and a nice big party bus. Man, they were so right. Captian K provided the most fantastic service. He was a VERY last minute hire as we totally forgot about booking the transportation for the party and post reception getaway. He was enthusiastic, flexible and super reasonable, he didn't even charge for a last minute booking, being hired 6 days before hand. He called a couple days prior to confirm and ensure he had our info right. He was a few munites early to the hotel and sent a text that he was ready when we were, but not so early we felt rushed. He ran through a check list of must have items before we took off for the chrurch to make sure we had everything ( if only he knew how forgettful I get when nervous). He was a comfortable driver, clean bus and had drinks available. After the ceremony while he waited for us to complete photos he even helped tear down the church decor and clean up.. what?! Fantastic!! He left us at the reception, after triple checking with the coordinator that we were all set and nothing was left behind, and that there was nothing else he could do to help. After the reception he was again on time. He did not rush us as we said our goodbyes and even had a drink (soda..) and chit chatted with the guests. Those who were still present raved about his genuinely nice character and professionalism. He helped pack us in the back of a very nice town car and drove us to the hotel. His service, attitude, accomadating behavior, and overall pleasure to be there was wonderful, and so very much appreciated on a big day like that! Thank you Captain K you're the best!!
