This year after they returned our mower after being serviced, when we started to cut the grass, it made all kinds of squeeking noises and the brake locked up. Called them to pick it up and after picking it up they called back in a few hours to tell us our brakes were burnt up. The mower didn't have any problems before they serviced it and if it needed brakes why didn't they call us and tell us before they returned it. Shouldn't they have checked the brakes while they were servicing it. Now they want to charge us a pick up fee. We are done with these people.
