Anyway, after my eye exam in February 2015 I wanted to purchase one more set of prescription sunglasses but was told by my doctorВ’s office I did not have any benefits left. I called Hodges and they told me I purchased a pair of safety glasses that perfectly matched the same glasses I purchased in 2012. I disputed the charge and they realized that there was a mistake and would reverse the charge back to VSP. I called VSP to find out about the reversal of my glasses and it never happened. I have talked to numerous people on my work site and they have all had a terrible experience with this place. One more thing, if they are our onsite provider why are they NOT in network? From what VSP told me they charge as an out of network provider (20% more than what in network would be).
