I explained my disappointment in the situation & the owner told me to NEVER VISIT THEIR ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN. The owner stated that it wasn't fair that he had to absorb the loss because his waitress made a mistake. then he hung up on me! WHAT???????? The client relationship policy of this restaurant is to kick out patrons that bring to light an error? To refuse a patron's business & hang up - this is good business?
