The organization provides a variety of career training and job placement services, including job search and retention and computer classes. It provides community access in a social, educational, recreational and vocational setting. The organization funds its services through the sale of donated goods in its retail stores. Goodwill Industries of Monocacy Valley also helps individuals and families needing clothing and household goods on an emergency basis.
