Their seamstress is the worst I've ever seen!! She put a hole in my $1000 dress, tore of a flower and lost it and ripped of half the beading. I paid $150 to have several things done and she only half assed one thing on it. She completely messed up all of my brides maids dresses. Don't ever use this place. This is all happening 1 week before my wedding. This place has been my number one stress!! They are rude and can't do anything right. Please don't give this place your business. You'll be sorry.

I have used Young's in the past to hem evening gowns but this time we used them for my daughters strapless wedding dress. Her dress was full of beautiful lace that had to be taken off then the wedding dress was hemmed and the lace all restitched back on. They did an awesome job. The thing that put them over the top at a rating of more that 110% was that her dress also had to be taken up and a belt sewn on. When she went back after 3 weeks, she had lost more weight (not trying to) and they had to take the dress up on the sides again. She picked the dress up with her wedding being only two weeks later. She tried the dress on again the Friday night before her Sunday wedding and she had lost more weight so the dress was basically falling off her. On Saturday I called Young's explaining this to them. Without hesitation she told my daughter to bring the dress in for fitting and she would stay after closing to work on it. Saturday night at 8p.m. I picked up the dress for the next days big event. It fit perfectly and was beautiful. Young's was there to make sure the dress fit perfectly even after they had to alter her dress 3 times. My daughter looked stunning thanks to all of Young's hard work and willingness without hesitation to stay late just to work on my daughters dress. Thank you to Young's alterations.

Young's is AMAZING! I took my wedding dress here to be altered and I could not be happier with how it turned out. The pattern on my dress was really unique so it ended up being a very complicated dress to alter. I was so nervous about it but the owner of the store met with me a few times along the way to make sure I was happy with each part of the alteration, and even came in early on Saturdays before the store opened to accommodate with my schedule! She also took in my flower girl's dress and my mom's dress, and hemmed one of my bridesmaids' dresses. Everything was so great. I highly, highly recommend this place!!

Took a few bridesmaids dresses in. The first needed a good deal taken in & it never did fit---I had to sew in the straps that came with the dress so that it would stay up during the wedding & reception. I was later ""blamed"" by the shop for not bringing the dress in sooner to have more fittings. I came in twice for fittings & once to pick up the dress, which is what I have done with other formal dresses at other tailors...I don't know how many ""tries"" this shop wants to get it right! For the other dress I had some cups sewn in. The dress already had a thin layer of padding from the manufacturer, as there were stays in the bust. When I got home & tried the dress on, I realized that one side of mfr's padding was missing. I took the dress back & was told they'd sew something in to replace it. I assured them that the padding did not fall out at my home. When I returned later to get the dress, they had done nothing to it--wow, thanks for the notice, 3 days before the wedding! Now one side of the chest didn't match the other! They refused to take responsibility, as they kept asking if I looked thoroughly at home for the padding, & they even suggested the mfr erred. Basically, they gave me the closest thing they had for me to sew in myself---which was nothing like the mfr's padding. I went home & spent two evenings fixing the bust myself. Overall, this experienced caused a lot of stress, which wasn't needed for back-to-back weddings. Hey, maybe this place hems pants well, but I would NOT recommend this place for dresses.

best professional and qualified tailor in town. If you have expensive clothes that you dont want ruined, then I suggest going to this tailor. I have gone to 3 other shops in the Murrieta Temecula area, and they all overcharged me and did not have quality work done. I was not happy because my jeans that I felt weren't stitched properly, costed $250. So to have some horrible tailoring done on them, made me think twice about where I took them to get hemmed. And when my daughter went to Chaparral High School's prom this last year, I took her prom dress to this shop & he gave it back to us with perfection, and earlier then we expected to get it back. He said so that way she would have time to try it on and stuff before prom night. This guy is a really good tailor.

I would NEVER recommend Millers. Please save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere. 1. You can not make an appointment & when you show up, it seems as though they are upset because they are busy with others. 2. We were told they would have a certain color if we waited. Well, we waited and they got rid of the color. 3. They clearly do not know how to measure. 4. They gave a groomsman a child's tie. He had to return the day of the wedding. 5. They do not have clothes to fit toddlers. PLEASE do not believe them. If you do, someone in your wedding party will be shopping the day before the wedding. Why the day before the wedding? Because pick up is the Thursday before and when you go to pick up your stuff, it won't fit and they will ask you to come back Friday. When you come back Friday, it will still be wrong. 6. They are liars. 7. They treat their employees poorly. 8. The groom and a groomsmans sleeves were uneven. 9. Some of the coats were too small. 10. The manager will not make a wrong right. In fact, she will hide in the back and let her employees deal with the issues she should be fixing. 11. All of the tuxedos were returned and we received a call saying they werent. Only to get another call to say they figured it out. 12. Another groomsman had to return the day of the wedding because his shirt was entirely too big. 13. The shirts are stained. I understand they are used since it is a rental, but I mean, come on!! 14. Shall I go on? Seriously save yourself some unnecessary b.s. and go somewhere else.

After receiving a positive review of Belen Divine Alterations from a friend I recently made an alteration consultation appointment to have an Amsale bridesmaidВ’s dress altered. Most bridal sizes run on the small side so it was recommended to order a size up at the couture bridal boutique from which the dresses were purchased (they sell Vera Wang, Amsale, Monique LВ’Huillier, etc.). When my dress came in it had a few (what I would consider minor) alterations that needed to be done. The hem needed to be taken up, strap shortened, and sides taken in slightly. I arrived at my appointment at Belen Divine and was told to try on the gown so that necessary pinning could be performed. I went into the only dressing room provided, put the gown on, and then sat on the bench provided to put on my shoes in order to measure the hem. As I stood up from the bench I heard a ripping noise and noticed several bent pins that were stuck in the fabric of the stool. I walked out of the dressing room and brought the snag to the seamstressesВ’ attention. She said that she could repair it and then began pinning the hem as well as the two other adjustments in the strap and waist. After I changed out of the dress she then started to tally up the alterations estimate ($120 for the hem $45 for the waist $15 for the strap and a $15 miscellaneous fee) This brought my total alteration cost to $195 FOR A BRIDESMAID DRESS (that already cost $300)! After she went over the invoice I regretfully/respectfully let her know that it just wasnВ’t in my budget to spend almost $500 on a bridesmaidВ’s dress. She then proceeded to say (with an attitude) that she would now have to unpin the entire dress (and did so begrudgingly). After she had unpinned the entire dress I asked what we were going to do about the snag (that her negligence to the dressing room had caused). She first responded by telling me that there was no snag and then once I showed her (and apparently refreshed her memory) exactly where the snag was she proceeded to lecture me that the fabric of the dress was such that it would snag on anything and I should be more careful (because I should have expected there to be several pins in the only bench provided in the dressing room?!). She then flat out denied any wrong doing on her part and refused to fix the snag. While I always check reviews online before I go someplace for services such as this, I very rarely write them. However, the level of professionalism, customer service, and value at Belen Divine are far from divine! I canВ’t imagine being a bride who spent several thousand dollars on a wedding dress and taking it there only to have it ruined and be charged an arm and a leg as well. I have since called the couture boutique from which I purchased the dress to get an estimate for the exact same alterations (to be performed by a highly skilled seamstress who only works on couture gowns)В…$50-60 AND I donВ’t have to deal with the horrific woman who owns Belen Divine (a win-win situation indeed)!
