The worst! This site wouldn't let me put in 0 stars. They installed a recirculation pump and didn't turn the water heater back on. They had a contract to service my swamp cooler. This spring they set it up and didn't open the dampers. Water started running from the roof continuously and they came out and looked and said it was a special flushing process and was OK. A drain hose decintigrated in a storm, so they came out and installed a new one to handle the "automatic flushing" and charged me a lot to fix it. The excess water running off the roof magically got fixed. Unfortunately the cooler quit cooling. They came out again and "inspected" it and charged me again. They said the hose was plugged. It still wasn't working so we called again a week later. The owner of the company started arguing with me and yelling at me when I told him I wasn't going to pay the bill until they fixed it. Then he told me to call another plumber. I did. The "drain hose" they installed wasn't connected to anything. It was just stuck into a screw hole. The end was next to the fan. The float was adjusted all the way down so there was no water in the sump for the pump to pump. We removed the drain and reset the float and the cooler works fine. There was no special flushing system, just an overflow. The Ancae guy was just lying to us. He is either completely incompetent or just gouging us. So nothing they did was ever done correctly. Don't even think about using this company. They are a total rip off.

If it were possible to give negative stars, I would have done so. Recently hired this company to prepare three swamp coolers for the summer season. The estimate was for $550 to have all three units prepared and new copper water lines put in. The final bill was $975!!! Within a day we had a huge leak gushing water onto the roof. They gouged us and did a poor job! They advertise as a Christian business but their business practices are anything BUT Christian! Stay away from this company.

Had an A/C unit that was running but not cooling. Called for service on a hot day expecting a long wait. Was asked some quick questions about the problem and was told they had a team near my area. One of their techs would see me shortly. In less than 30 min. He was there, put in freon and leak detector,. Found the leak, repaired it, and I was cool again. The service cost was reasonable - Freon R-22 is being taxed by the government so it cost a bunch, but the labor was very reasonable. Thanks!

Few years ago they replaced a condenser unit for me without first applying for a permit. They left the electric box open and didn't replace it. Although they charged extra to provide coating to protect the equipment they didn't do so. On top of it all they over charged me. I continued to have AC problems and finally a little over five years the unit's compressor failed, requiring me to go through the expense of replacing the whole AC system. Normally a unit like these should last at least ten years. Their customer service person John was very rude when I called few days ago to get a quote for a new unit and the price he quoted me was $1500 higher than what others proposed for the same brand and same efficiancy unit. I would recommend to stay a way from them.

BAD! BAD! BAD! Do NOT use this company! Air went out. Placed EIGHT service calls, no one showed up. No air conditioning for five days now. Tech finally showed up, took out the defective motor and said he would be back next day. This company does not have the motor in stock so is going to install a cheap motor that I will have to have continually running for two days or more until they put in another one.

Bobby G. came and changed 2 wires on our new thermostat/left the screws and front of the a/c without putting them back. Advised our duct work was very in need of cleaning or replacing (it had mold, moisture etc. All he really wanted was to sell us a new unit. $199.00 for this???? Would not use this company again. Thought I was calling Palm Harbor Air which we have always used and they were very honest. Northside bought out Palm Harbor a/c so we will not be using Northside again.

Company sold new furnace then misrepresented 8 year old used furnace as the new furnace. This company attempted to deceive me and ultimately they would have scammed me. Luckily I was home, knew enough to look, and knew enough to ask questions. The Scary part is, had I had my wife or my parents opening the door for this company, I would have been scammed! I called this company to come out and they did on 12/17/2013 and was told by James Thornsberry I needed a $375 furnace part and $100 charge for them coming out... I then asked for the price of a new unit instead and was told $1950 (I said No thanks to that)... then the price was suddenly $1400 with 0% financing. I said ok, signed the financing paperwork, and scheduled for the next day. I was repeatedly told by James this would be a new unit, but it would only have a 5 year warranty due to it not being connected to other new units. The "new" unit I was getting arrived the following day on 12/18/2013 and that is when my consumer confidence and trust in the company began to plummet... The unit was not in box, was not the same manufacturer as quoted (carrier instead of bryant), had some rust on it and even had tape residue from a previous install on it... I immediately questioned this and asked where my furnace was... The guys quickly got in their truck and made calls without me being able to hear.. I was then called by my sales guy(james). He tried to assure me that it was just a "training" unit and that it was indeed new... At that point I asked the tech how old and he told me 2012... I then asked them to open it up and it was in fact from August of 2005... I decided I did not want a "new" 8-year old used until and asked for what I paid for... A new Unit... I spoke with my sales person, the GM(Steve i think), and the owner... They ultimately told me they would not install a new unit for that price and instead tried to now sell me the used unit now for $1200 or a real new unit for $1750. While talking to THE OWNER, I told him that I did not have the budget for the higher price and would not buy a used. He told me the actual price of a new until was $800-1100, yet refused to install one for less than $1750... he tried several times assured me that $1750 was a great price.. When I held to my price and reminded him that I had an agreement signed, and said I would post reviews... Ultimately this christian owner tried to bring GOD into the equation and use GOD to persuade me not to post negative reviews on them. He then hung up on me. Additionally this company repeatedly advised me that the permit was part of the reason for the cost, yet I have been told that it would have been against code to install the until they were installing because it would have instead required a full system upgrade. Be careful to ask for a tech that knows the whole system you are dealing with. We had a zone valve to replace, the tech they sent spent an hour with me only to disconnect the valve throw up his hands and tell me to call a plumber. A new thermostat was put in by him, which is something I could have done. We asked by a couple of phone calls if they could have the tech call the plumber we booked. We were assured both times it would happen. It didn't. The tech was very polite and professional, just not totally qualified to do the job we needed. When I called to get answers to the few questions I had. I was told by the tech I finally spoke to The zone valve was work that indeed could be done by R A Mechanical. When I asked why it wasn't done at the time of the house call. I got about a few seconds of silence and, "it's something I have not personally done". I am now waiting for a call back from one of the owners. who I was told by the tech are either Kevin or Allen.
