I had expressed my concerns durning the follow up visits about my under corrected left eye and he continued to reassure me that time will make it better. Well unfortunately for me that is not the case. Naturally I wanted to go back to the doctor who did my original surgery and during a phone conversation with the receptionist I explained my situation. It took him two weeks to respond to the message and his response was that if I wanted to have a further consultation with him it would cost me an additional $225. Not including what it would cost to have the correction made. The original surgery cost me $4.500.00. I requested to speak with the doctor personally on several occasions and am still waiting on that call back 1 month later. I am extremely disappointed with this doctor and how he represents himself. I have contacted a few other facilities and they guarantee their work for life as long as you maintain good eye health with routine eye exams. This doctor promises excellence and provides mediocre at best!!! I am completely disgusted with his service and professionalism. If you do decide to do business with this doctor please do your research and make sure you ask the right questions and well as get documented answers.",,,,

So I waited and waited with several trips to pick up the wrong pair of glasses and lame excuses. After 7 weeks my glasses finally came in. During the weeks I waited I had to call and check the status since they wouldn't call. Then ""my"" glasses were still wrong and I was still charged full price! I am upset due to the service they provided and I really expected more of them. I am never going back---the staff is rude and can't keep up with the amount of customers they receive!
