Customer service is more accurately a full blown customer disservice if anything. Every time I ever drop in it's like loading up the revolver and spinning the barrel - russian roulette at its finest when coming here. So if deciding to patronize this fine establishment be ready to have your items destroyed or at least negatively modified, to be readily insulted at the slightest pointing out of an issue, and to be treated like you are a POS on every visit. I recently had them damn near ruin a very expensive suit and it actually came back with a cut on the inner lining. Thanks guys! Save your money - if needing some items pressed or dry-cleaned just spray down some starch on the road and take your time running over it... over and over... and then maybe spit on it a little just to get that ZIPS Fairfax flavor into it.
