Keep wallking on to another venue would be my best advice. The quite extensive menu here suggests they are fully prepared to serve lunch items in a timely manner. Au contraire. After waiting for our ordered food for 1 hour + , we were starved and had to leave. The manager claimed the kitchen is small and there is only one oven. A good suggestion would be to limit the menu to items that can be handled by the facility and avoid having to string patrons on with lame excuses. Also, the outdoor seating is extremely noisy. Be prepared to scream to be heard by your dining companions.

I was visiting Sonoma, California this past Tuesday, January 20, 2008 with a friend celebrating her birthday when we came across this deli. Little did we know what a wonderful treasure we would come across. When you first open the front door the great deli experience begins. The great scents of fine deli meats, breads, oils, toppings, etc. take over the senses. The wonderful staff greets you with a smile and are very helpful by answering your questions and making suggestions if requested. I knew as soon as I had walked in this was a local gem and the food was worth the experience. Boy, was I right.....my friend and I enjoyed our food and the visit. I had ordered the Hot Pastrami on Sweet Roll with: Swiss Cheese, Xt Mayo, Mustard, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Lt. Olives, Pepper and Vinegar/Oil. This sandwich was sheer heaven and was worth the trip. After that day we had returned from Burlingame to order again before heading back to Southern California. It would be fantastic if one could order their deli items for overnight delivery for many more to experience. Of course, I will make another visit in the future when I return to San Francisco!

I don't do anything in a hurry ( : after 14 years of sleeping in an antique (literally) bed we decided we needed a new bed. I researched for over a year, visited numerous retailers, and then decided to put our trust in Saundra ' s Furniture. It's been a month since our purchase of a California King Comforpedic mattress and a beautiful platform bed. We couldn't be happier. Saundra's delivered and set the bed up for us. The delivery guys were fabulous. Our new bed is glorious!

Never have I seen a company care so little about its customers. I am disabled and so purchasing a chair that works for me is a serious business, as is having a relationship with a company if something goes wrong. When the chair broke for the second time in exactly the same fashion, the salesperson who was "helping me" seemed determined to do everything but. Setting expectations and breaking them, different people providing different information, and even the owner thinking it was acceptable to raise her voice at a customer. There is no accountability and I will never be buying from them again. One buys locally to support the community and for the relationship of being able to speak to someone face to face. After being jerked around for a week, when I went into the store to resolve this the owner told her salesperson to lie and say she wasn't there at first. I've never had so negative an experience, and I cannot be strong enough in my advice to avoid this company.

hard to find...located behind walgreens pharmacy in a strip mall at the corner of wiggins pass rd. and rt.41. we were referred by a friend who raved about this place, we agree wholeheartedly as our dinner was terrific. the food was very good, nicely presented and not rushed.. we hate that about alot of naples places. the waiter was a professional who made us feel at home without doing the " our new best friend" thing...osso buco, and caesar salad with ricotta fritters, instead of croutons were huge hits with us. a dessert of expresso creme brulee and a blueberry port from long island ny were the perfect finish. we'll be back often.
