I once watch in amazement when someone came in with the master key and unlocked entire rows of lockers because, giving her the benefit of the doubt, she cannot remember which locker was hers. But the master key can unlock the lockers it cannot lock them again using the original user's combination so essentially the entire locker rooms contents were in unlocked lockers for anyone to take. (c) Management does not seem interested when these and other issues are brought to them so nothing is done about it. (d) The shower room, steam room, whirl pool are always under repair so not only can you not use them but in the ladies' locker room, you cannot even use the locker room unless you want to change in front of the repair personnel working in there for hours on end. (e) Staff members are unavailable to help when you need them e.g. when the TV is not working, there is no one to help you. The people there are only interested in taking care of the clients who had hired them fro personal training. And when I resigned, they sent an email acknowledging the resignation but then continued to charge my credit card for the monthly dues. Emails and phone calls all went unanswered. I was taking a long vacation in Italy and cannot go in to find someone to speak to about this. Who puts a LONG and PLASTIC TUBE in someones ear like that. when they flushed it out it made it worse I couldn't take the pain since she had already messed with my ear. I never wanna go here again and I recommend that you don't either. If you get this doctor I'm going to pray for you because that whole thing is a mess. The other doctors and nurses are very nice and tried to take care of me the best way since I was crying(the entire time). This doctors name is Dr. Claudia O Arumula and if you get her not by choice like me you'll see what I was talking about and what everyone else was talking about. My ear is still throbbing in pain and if I wasn't so determined to get that physical for my nursing class I would have walked out without a care in the world. Everyone in my large and often critical family had only good things to say about the care that she received while at Clove Lakes. She is home now, quite noticeably stronger than she's been in a long time. All of the staff with whom we came in contact always asked after her well being and ours. How is your mother they would ask... do you need anything? The doctor monitored her care and medications and adjusted some of them which we find was for the better. The nurses very competently watched for any changes in her condition. The certified nursing assistants were caring and gentle. The therapists patiently worked to increase her endurance towards the goal of returning home. Social Service was always available to answer questions and prepare us for the transition home setting up home care services and equipment. Dietary was always aware of food likes and dislikes and ensuring that she was eating enough. We brought her personal wheelchair because she's comfortable with it and while I hadn't noticed that a hand brake wasn't working, the nurse did and immediately, Plant Operations was there to repair it. Pastoral Care made sure she got to Mass, Recreation worked on including her in activities, she had weekly beauty parlor appointments and the Environmental services staff works hard to keep everything so clean. We're very thankful for the excellent care."
