Avoid this place at all costs. You will REGRET coming here as my fiance and I did. The jeweler at this shop, named Rupert, chipped a priceless diamond heirloom engagement ring of mine while resetting it and has failed to take any responsibility or compensate me for the damage. The owners Caroline and Avi Yosef are unprofessional and uncaring to say the very least. After they admitted that their jeweler damaged my diamond ring, they promptly cut off all communication with me and the issue is still unresolved to this day. This place is a cheap, cash for gold shop run by shysters disguised as a professional jewelry store. Do not have any serious work done here (i.e. resetting, designing of jewelry). Save yourself a lot of heartache and stay away from this place. This whole experience is an ongoing NIGHTMARE during what should be one of the happiest times of my life.

Horrible customer service! Owner seems to decide as you walk in if she wants you as a customer or not. It's hard to say if she was having a bad day and directed it at customers or if this is truly her way of doing business because she didn't seem to care how she sounded or if she keeps your business. Another customer seemed surprised that her altered garment was not pressed. The owner's reply was " I don't do laundry!" As that customer was explaining her expectation of a finished piece ...she yelled out "Stop!", "Don't touch that!" (I left my 5 year old at home today so I didn't know why she was speaking in that manner and wondered is that really directed at me?) Why yes, it was! Because when I asked, she repeated it a second time in the same way! (As if, I didn't hear her the first time) I can only assume she didn't want me touching the dress for sale, for $14.99, in the window, nor did she want me moving it off the display to try it on - but she could not explain herself appropriately only to rudely interrupt the other customer to rudely shout out toddler commands at a middle--aged woman trying to buy a dress. I can appreciate if you would like me to stop, however, there are many other ways I can think of that say the same thing without the complete lack of disrespect and plain rudeness. In the future, something like this, goes a long way and allows opportunities for repeat business. "My displays are very delicate I'd prefer to get the dress off for you. I'll be with you in a minute." "Please" or "You can just leave it right there" , and/or "Thanks" . I owned a similar dress mannequin and take pride in handling items very carefully - I can assure you that everything was okay, nothing was being harmed or ruined and that the reaction didn't match what was transpiring. The overall impression that was received is that this is an unhappy business owner, that no longer likes what she's doing, and the quicker she can get rid of a customer the better for her.

My experience last year: Poor Business practices! My wife brought in my daughter's prom dress in mid-March. She was quoted $49 for "easy" alterations and told it would be ready April 22nd. My wife called her yesterday 4/26. She told my wife that the dress hadn't been started yet that it was the second in the rack to be done. My wife told her I was coming in tonight 4/26 to pick it up. My wife was told that wouldn't be a problem and it would be ready by 6. I went in with my daughter around 6:10, she tried on the dress and noticed she was being poked in her back. Low and behold the pins were still in the dress! Only the alteration on the bottom of the dress was completed. The Owner apologized and said it would be completed that evening for pick up tomorrow, fine. Then the best Part. She says she has to charge us additional for the work she did not complete! She refused to honor the price she gave to my wife. I asked if she cared about losing future business with us and she said " I assume I already have". I explained not if she did the work promised at the price given... She animatedly refused. I paid the $49 and got the uncompleted dress back. I'm extremely disappointed, the owner should be ashamed.

I purchased my wedding 2015, my wedding got moved to Oct. 2016. I went to pick up my dress July 2016 I tried it on & it was way to small it was 5 inch space. That time I spoke with a representative she advised me I had to wait two weeks to speak with a manager. They did not want to provide me with any other options beside to meet with the seam stress to see if she can fix it. I went into the store, spoke with who I thought was the seam stress.This women was very unprofessional she was yelling at me from the beginning of the conversation, she repeatedly kept telling me I gained weight that this situation was all my fault and they refused to fix the situation she was to busy trying to prove her point that it wasn't the business fault after I explained thewomen who got my dress didn't want to measure me and I had to ask her 3 times to measure me.Manager was dealing with continued to yell and decides to tell me to get my dress & leave. Also they sold my maid of honors dress didn't tell me.

It was obvious from the first moment that they really care about excellence and they really know what they are doing. They were fussing over my daughter and her dress throughout her two fittings and when something was a little off on the second fitting, they asked her to wait while they fixed it so that she could take the dress with her and it would be perfect. The woman who created the bustle for the train showed me how to attach the loops and arrange the pleats. Everything about this experience was delightful, and it was worth every penny and more.
